Dennis Creech Emerging Leaders Program
Named after Southface's co-founder, the Dennis Creech Emerging Leaders Program is a launching pad for young professionals pursuing careers in sustainability. The program is designed to be a high-quality learning experience in a non-profit environment where you can explore career options and grow your sustainability network.
Emerging Leaders are an integral part of the Southface team. During a six-month fellowship, you will have the opportunity to work on meaningful projects under the guidance of capable mentors.

Emerging Leaders participate in a variety of professional development opportunities including networking events, technical and soft skills trainings, self-reflection excesses, offsite visits to other sustainability focused organizations, job readiness skills, and more. The Emerging Leaders Program is designed to set participants up for success while at Southface and also in preparation for opportunities that follow graduation from the program.

How long is the program?
Most Emerging Leaders positions require a six month commitment, working an average of 30 hours per week during regular business hours. Specific requirements are included in each job description.
