As Policy Advisor, Frank is working with Southface leaders on a Florida strategic engagement plan for 2024 and beyond. This work will include mapping energy policy regulations, resources, gaps and opportunities across the state. Frank is also a Professor of Political Science and Environmental Studies at New College of Florida.
