Southface’s LEED Platinum Eco Office is a model of environmentally responsible construction and demonstrates that green buildings create healthy, productive workplaces that are also operationally cost-effective. The Eco Office uses 50 percent less energy and 80 percent less water than traditional office buildings of its size, making it one of the most sustainable buildings in the region.
