Together with the Greater Atlanta HBA, Southface offers the regionally specific EarthCraft green building program to assist builders of homes, renovations, multifamily buildings, communities and light commercial facilities to save energy and water, meets strict indoor environmental quality standards and conserve natural resources.

Applicable to both new and existing homes, and commercial buildings, ENERGY STAR^® offers a comprehensive approach for reducing energy costs and creating comfortable, healthier spaces for homeowners and building occupants.

Grants to Green, a joint program of Southface and The Community Foundation for Greater Atlanta, helps nonprofits in the 23-county Atlanta region assess their facilities; identify energy-, water- and resource-efficiency upgrades; and adopt best management practices in sustainability.
