As the HR Manager, Jasmine partners with Southface's leadership team to understand and execute the organization's human resource and talent strategy as it pertains to the current and future talent needs: recruiting, retention and succession planning. Jasmine is also responsible for administering pay, benefits, enforcing company policies and serves a co-leader to the DEI committee. When Jasmine is not in the office, she enjoys exploring the city and spending time with her family and friends.
