Rent an Event Space
The Southface Event Rentals Program makes our attractive and sustainably built facilities available to organizations that wish to host their meetings, networking events and receptions in a unique green-building setting.
Rentals are priced at either full day (4-8 hours) or per hour (1-3 hours). Full day rental fees include access to the selected space one hour prior to and post meeting on the day of your meeting or event. Per hour rental requests (1-3 hours) will be adjusted to include fee for one hour of set-up and clean-up. Southface Members receive discount for rental during the weekday. Weekend rentals cost a non-negotiable, flat-rate of $2000.

tHE HOME DEPOT FOUNDATION TRAINING CENTER
The Home Depot Training Center is our largest event space and is fully equipped with the latest technology in energy efficiency and A/V. The training center also has a dedicated lobby that can be used for registration, counter space for food and drink service and houses restrooms, the elevator and our mobile recycling stations.
Maximum Seating Capacity: 60 classroom, 80 rented rounds, 100 auditorium seating

SWEET CENTER CLASSROOM & WAREHOUSE
Located just a few blocks from the Eco Office on Piedmont Avenue, the SWEET Center is a great place for a meeting or training. Included with the classroom, is a lobby and registration area, as well as a food and drink station.

RESOURCE CENTER CLASSROOM
The Resource Center classroom is an inviting training space outfitted with AV capabilities, Wi-Fi, counter space for food and drink service and mobile recycling stations. The room’s large windows allow lots of natural light and a separate exit opens into the Southface gardens.

KENDEDA BOARD ROOM
The executive boardroom was designed with floor to ceiling windows allowing plenty of natural light and views of Renaissance Park. Amenities include a boardroom-style table wired for AV, ergonomically designed executive chairs and countertop space for food and drink service with a recycling/composting station underneath. It is conveniently located across from our reception area and is next to the elevators.

RESOURCE CENTER LIBRARY
This quiet room is located right off of the reception area and is a great space for small meetings and is usually rented as a break-out space in addition to a larger space. It has a screen accessible by VGA hook-up to a laptop.

EPIC METALS CONFERENCE ROOM
The Epic Metals conference room feature high ceilings and large windows that work with T5 dimmable lighting that adjusts based on available daylight. Other amenities include a conference table, wireless AV and counter space for visual aids, snack and drinks.

THE TURNER FOUNDATION GREEN ROOF
Our sedum green roof features walkway squares made of recycled rubber and patio decking made from post-industrial recycled wood shaded by a canopy salvaged from a BP gas station. All this, topped off with a spectacular view of downtown Atlanta.
