Our guest speaker for May is Toner Kersting from Toner Home Performance out of Houston, TX. Toner is one of the top minds in all of building science; he spends half of his time in the courtroom as an expert witness explaining why a building assembly has failed and the other half consulting builders and homeowners on how to avoid those failures. He doesn’t usually speak in public, but we’re fortunate to have him come talk to us about climate migration and how it’s already affecting home performance in our region.
