HAVEN BILLS, Program Assistant Regenerative Places & Spaces
Haven supports the Community Impact team working primarily on the Grants to Green and Nonprofit Energy and Water Efficiency Initiative Programs. She assists in writing proposals and reports, coordinating with participants and partners, conducting marketing activities - including event planning, and website development - and supporting strategic planning and program development activities.
LAURA CASE, Program Manager Regenerative Places &
Laura works with clients on establishing and reaching sustainability goals for corporate practices, design standards, and building construction and renovation projects. She also manages grants that support important national programs, including energy conservation and K-12 school indoor air quality.
Nathan manages and tracks projects in the EarthCraft Multifamily program and provides support for LEED for Homes, National Green Building Standard and utility provider rebate/incentive programs.
STEPHEN DELAURIER, Program Coordinator Regenerative Places &
Stephen consults on commercial building projects that are seeking LEED or EarthCraft Light Commercial (ECLC) Certifications. He also helps with general ECLC development.
ANDREW DOESTCH, Program Assistant Regenerative Places & Spaces
Andew works primarily in LEED for New Construction as a member of the Regenerative Places and Spaces team! As the resident cartographer, Andrew make maps for LEED and other community-related projects.
GRETCHEN GIGLEY, Program Manager, Regenerative Places + Spaces
AMELIA GODFREY, Program Manager Regenerative Places &
Amelia provides technical and training support for Southface’s Applied Building Science and Weatherization Training teams. She is a field technician for residential green building projects and also develops and delivers residential building-focused trainings.
MARY HOWARD, Technical Project Manager Regenerative Places &
INGRID IRBY, Executive Administrator Regenerative Places & Spaces
Ingrid provides administrative management of EarthCraft residential programs. Her duties include reviewing documentation, maintaining builder and technical adviser relations, providing customer service and maintaining the EarthCraft website. Ingrid also implements updates in programmatic efficiency and technical standards for EarthCraft program documents and processes.
ELIZABETH KARLSSON, Project Manager Regenerative Places &
Elizabeth provides vital support to the Residential Sustainability Services Team. Elizabeth Karlsson earned her Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta.

CHRIS NORTH, Technical Project Manager Regenerative Places &
Chris manages and tracks internal and external projects through the Southface LEED for Homes providership. Chris is also the primary administrative and technical contact for our network of Home Energy Raters in the Southface Energy Rated Homes providership and our network of LEED Green Raters.
DAVID PEDRICK, Senior Technical Project Mgr. Regenerative Places &
David supports the Southface Energy Rated Homes (SERH) providership working with internal and external Home Energy Raters to ensure quality assurance and provide technical assistance. When not working with SERH, David manages the collection and dissemination of detailed monitoring data related to our Advanced Commercial Buildings Initiative. He also conducts research related to innovative financing models for small commercial buildings in the Southeast.
Austin is the Project Manager for the Green Infrastructure and Resilience Institute (GIRI). GIRI is Southface’s initiative for addressing stormwater, education and training, and economic issues impacting communities. Austin supports projects within the Planning & Sustainable Communities and Community Impact teams, focusing on helping communities stay livable while reducing their impact on the natural environment.
Gwen is a part of the Community Impact Team. Her primary responsibility is to assist in the coordination of the Care and Conserve Plumbing Repair Program (CCPRP) with the City of Atlanta, local non-profits, organizations, and communities. In her role she will build community relationships, conduct educational outreach on water conservation, and help eligible residents enroll in CCPRP to receive plumbing repairs.

ALEX TRACHTENBERG, Senior Project Manager, Community Impact, Regenerative Places & Spaces
Alex provides project management and deliverables support for the Community Sustainability Services and Policy Teams. He conducts research, community engagement, collects and formats data, performs analysis and evaluation, and composes reports for various clients and projects. Recently, Alex managed the Impact of Green Affordable Housing research project and currently manages Energy Efficiency for All in Georgia. He is also the TransFormation Alliance Policy Committee Chair working on equitable transit-oriented development in metro Atlanta.
He received his BA in Environmental Studies - Planning and Policy from the University of Colorado at Boulder and MPP in Environmental Policy from Georgia State University.
JOE WINSLOW, Senior Project Manager Regenerative Places & Spaces
Joe helps support the various programs of the Regenerative Places & Spaces Team that focus on commercial buildings and their energy consumption, water usage, materials management, and impact on the health and wellbeing of occupants. Currently, he manages Southface’s role as technical assistance provider for the Atlanta Better Building Challenge.
