The Southface Event Rentals program makes our attractive and sustainably built facilities available to organizations wishing to host their meetings, networking events and receptions in a unique, high-performance setting. When you host an event at Southface Institute, the proceeds from your rental support Southface’s mission-based programs.
Rentals are priced at full day (4-8 hours), half day (1-3 hours) or evenings and weekends. Rental fees include access to the selected space one hour prior to and one hour after the meeting on the day of your meeting or event. Southface is a community-focused organization and welcomes nonprofits into our space at a discounted rate. Please refer to the room descriptions for the cost structure.
The Resource Center classroom is an inviting space with large windows that allow ample natural light and a separate exit that opens onto the Southface gardens.

The executive boardroom was designed with floor-to-ceiling windows allowing plenty of natural light and views of Renaissance Park. It is conveniently located across from the reception area and is next to the elevators.

Our green roof combines sustainable construction with a beautiful outdoor setting for a one-of-a-kind meeting experience, perfect for a luncheon or cocktail party. The roof space features walkway squares made of recycled rubber, patio decking crafted from post-industrial recycled wood, native plantings and a solar canopy repurposed from a local gas station—all surrounded by an unforgettable panorama. The Green Roof is only available to rent by the hour (minimum 2 hours).
