EarthCraft House is a partnership between Southface and the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association (GAHBA) along with government and industry leaders.  EarthCraft House serves as a blueprint for healthy, comfortable homes that reduce utility bills and protect the environment.

Home Performance with Energy Star
Contractors trained by Southface through Home Performance with ENERGY STAR look at a house as a system. The contractor uses diagnostic testing to give the homeowner unbiased recommendations for improving a home’s energy efficiency and indoor air quality.

Residential Energy Code
Residential Energy Code Workshops covering Energy and the Code as it relates to mold prevention, crawl spaces, walls/windows/doors, ceilings/knee walls/attics, RESCheck Software, HVAC/ducts/ventilation and new products.

Home Energy Rater System (HERS) certification and training
