An organization may request any of the following services:
Assessment Services
a)	Energy audits accompanied by recommended upgrades and improvements to the building which are assigned priorities.
b)	Analysis of the life cycle cost-benefit and payback period analysis of specific upgrades
c)	Water use audits
d)	Assistance with request for bids and bid evaluation on energy and other sustainability upgrades to your building
e)	Green building design charrettes (planning meetings) with decision-makers, the design team, and key stakeholders to set environmental goals for your organization’s building project
f)	Green building design reviews or specific guidance on using tools such as the LEED NC (new construction) or LEED/EB (existing buildings) regulations, EarthCraft for Light Commercial regulations, EarthCraft Multi-Family, or ENERGY STAR regulations for new construction/renovations programs
g)	Charrettes (planning meetings) with decision-makers and key stakeholders to set a sustainability vision for your organization and to draft a sustainability plan. This service involves your organization’s staff in research, brainstorming, goal-setting, and duty assignments for new sustainability initiatives
h)	Transportation audits of employee travel and plans for reducing transportation costs and carbon footprint
i)	Waste stream audits per building or across a portfolio of buildings
j)	Procurement analysis and recommendations for green procurement and suppliers
k)	Organization-wide carbon footprint calculations and footprint reduction plans
l)	Climate change strategy planning
