Event Opportunities
Opening Keynote Address
Sponsor receives title sponsorship of the Opening Session, featuring the keynote address and continental breakfast in the Westin’s Plaza Ballroom. Sponsor’s logo will appear on promotional pieces and sponsor will receive special recognition at the keynote session.
Thursday Buffet Luncheon
Sponsor logos will be displayed on table tents and conference program.
Opening Night Reception
Sponsor receives title sponsorship of the Thursday night reception at the Westin. Sponsor’s logo will appear on the promotional pieces and signage. Be introduced at the party and welcome our attendees to Atlanta with delectable spread of appetizers and beverages.
Nail Apron Luncheon
A Greenprints highlight and take away – Sponsor’s logo will appear with conference logo on nail aprons distributed to all luncheon guests during Friday’s networking luncheon in the Green Tradeshow.
Cyber Café
Sponsor website will be prominently displayed on computers for attendee’s use. Logo will appear in conference program and signage. The Cyber Café is a popular gathering place during breaks at the conference.
Closing Reception
To be held at the new Southface Eco Office, the closing reception will provide an exciting conclusion to the conference. All sponsor, exhibitors, registrants and special guests are invited to this informal reception. Sponsor logo appears in conference program, on signage at the conference and at Southface and will be acknowledged at the reception.
Break Sponsor
Sponsors receive acknowledgment in conference program and signage at break stations.
Literature Bag Sponsor
Sponsor logo along with conference logo appears on a bag made of recycled material that will be given to conference registrants at check-in. Sustainable and attractive, these bags will be highly visible during the conference and will be a popular take away item.
