Southface employs a four-step process to develop custom client programs:

Needs Analysis: In the first step, we work closely with client teams to understand the context of their work, the resources available, and the proposed program’s desired outcomes. We then collaborate with our clients to develop a meaningful program vision and to craft a program framework, often through a training and workshop facilitation process.

Program Planning: Once a program’s framework is established, Southface continues to collaborate with a client team to create appropriate proposals, work plans, tools and timelines. In addition, we help clients with the background research needed to conceptualize their programs and develop reporting and metric requirements to measure their programs’ impact.

Implementation: Southface helps client teams to create the implementation approaches and tools needed to get a program off the ground. Throughout this process, we focus on developing program-specific skills and knowledge among team members so that they can function as effective advocates and leaders for the new program. Southface can also evaluate program implementation plans to ensure they meet the client’s objectives.
