LEED ADMINISTRATION
“LEED certification, which includes a rigorous third-party commissioning process, offers compelling proof to you, your clients, your peers and the public at large that you've achieved your environmental goals and your building is performing as designed.”

As one of six USGBC affiliates in the country, we have helped dozens of projects earn LEED certification. Tasks we commonly handle include:
- LEED registration
- LEED task management
- LEED documentation administration
- LEED design and construction submittals, scheduling and research
- Green policy design and implementation
- Development of the requisite LEED Measurement and Verification (M&V) plan
LEED for Homes: The LEED for Homes program requires builders and homeowners who want to participate to do so through a LEED for Homes Provider. As one of only 36 LEED for Homes Providers nationwide, Southface has the demonstrated building science experience and expertise to administer the program for USGBC, and to serve as a project resource throughout the certification process.
