Walk-in Fee:
$20 All walk-ins (Southface members included)

$10 per student

Nonrefundable online prepayment required for reservation and discount. If you are not certain you can join us, please consider paying the walk-in fee at the door.

Registered seats will be held until 7:30 a.m. If space permits, walk-ins will be seated.

**Taking MARTA is encouraged. Some parking is available in the All Saints' parking deck. Enter at lower level of Spring Street.**

IMPORTANT Parking Information for Our Guests: Please fill lower garage deck first, then upper deck, then West Peachtree lot last. If you continue your visit after the event, you must move your vehicle from the parking deck. Thank you for helping us adhere to facility policies.

The Transportation Referendum
& Transit:
Three Perspectives

July 13, 2012

On July 31, metro Atlanta residents will go to the polls to vote on a one percent sales tax, or T-SPLOST, which will be used to fund a list of regional transportation projects. Despite the fact that 52 percent of the project list is allocated for transit, questions still remain about the future of transit in our region.

To discuss the transportation referendum and its impacts on transit, we have convened three experts and celebrated local journalist Maria Saporta, as moderator. Dr. Beverly Scott will share her perspective as General Manager and CEO of MARTA; Doug Hooker will weigh in from the perspective of the region’s planning organization, the Atlanta Regional Commission; and Mayor Bill Floyd will provide a local perspective from Decatur, the city in our region that best exemplifies transit oriented development.
