COMMERCIAL SUSTAINABILITY SERVICES TEAM
Shane supports the commercial services team in helping local and regional businesses achieve their sustainability goals. The team’s services include LEED administration and consulting, the Atlanta Better Buildings Challenge, EarthCraft Light Commercial, EarthCraft Sustainable Preservation and training events on commercial topics.
Laura works with clients on establishing and reaching sustainability goals for corporate practices, design standards, and building construction and renovation projects. She also manages grants that support important national programs, including energy conservation and K-12 school indoor air quality.
Cody provides energy/water assessments and technical assistance services for commercial buildings. He also manages program development for Grants to Green and the Atlanta Better Buildings Challenge, provides support for operations and maintenance of Southface facilities, provides design/construction review support for ECLC, and conducts building science research related to energy efficiency.
Stephen is a Certifications Project Manager on the Commercial Sustainability Services Team. His core responsibility is consulting on commercial building projects that are seeking LEED or EarthCraft Light Commercial (ECLC) Certifications. He also helps with general ECLC development.
Chandra manages the Grants to Green program
Jenna provides resource efficiency consulting for commercial buildings and program participants, in addition to design/construction review support for green building programs such as EarthCraft and LEED. She also conducts building science and indoor air quality research as well as energy modeling analysis, under a variety of research avenues including the DOE Building America program.
Bryant provides resource efficiency assessments and technical assistance services for commercial buildings and participants in the Grants to Green program. He also assists in program development and evaluation for the Grants to Green program, provides support to the policy team in the area of utility efficiency program evaluation, and conducts building science research related to resource efficiency and indoor air quality.
Mary is the coordinator for the Atlanta Better Buildings Challenge. She provides technical support to challenge participants, which includes resource consumption data collection, monitoring utility tracking and reporting. She also organizes various educational events.
Kavin provides resource efficiency assessments and technical assistance services for commercial buildings and participants in the Grants to Green programs. He also provides design/construction review support for ECLC and conducts building science research related to photovoltaics and resource efficiency.
Jean provides oversight and leadership for all commercial energy and water assessment work performed by Southface. Additionally, she provides technical assistance to Southface programs, services and business development efforts.
